We offer USPS First Class or UPS Standard shipping for all domestic orders, which we ship out within US all 50 states and US territories including Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.


Free shipping for orders over $50!


Your order will be shipped via a Standard Service. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Shipped from California. Only applicable for U.S. orders shipped to a U.S. address.

When can I expect to receive my order?


Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. Please refer to the pre-order and shipping notifications on each product page. If the product is in pre-order status, we will not be able to ship the order until it is available. Should you wish to purchase other products that are not in pre-order status, we recommend placing a separate order for them so we can ship and you can receive them as soon as possible.



International Shipping


All international orders will be ship out by UPS as the sole carrier Click here to track your order!

  • The rest of the world: UPS Expedited Worldwide

All tax and Duty amounts are assessed at time of an international country's local delivery. Your local post office or carrier can provide you with information on acceptable payment means for such Duties, taxes, and/or other fees.



Returns and Refunds




Requirements for Refunds:

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment date for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page.)
Product must be in original packaging without missing pieces. If a product is not returned with its original packaging and/or is missing pieces, there will be a minimum 10% restocking fee.
Returns must be posted within 30 days of shipment date. Any returns after that period of time will receive a maximum refund of 50% of product price.
Unless a product was delivered damaged or defective, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Any refunds issued will be based solely on the product price. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless deemed appropriate.



    Products must be returned to us with traceable mail.



    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be granted to the customer and written on the return package BEFORE it is shipped back to Hamee.

    You can return any unopened or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns cannot be made after 30 days of the order shipment date. We do not offer repairing services and cannot repair the product if it breaks. If the product comes with insurance, please contact us via email. Please contact us BEFORE sending the product back to us. *We can only refund you for the product itself. You will be responsible for the shipping fee UNLESS the product was damaged or defective.


    We CANNOT give you a refund if:


    You contact us after 30 days of the order's delivery
    The package is damaged and/or the product has been used


      Note: Reimbursements for return shipping are limited to market standard rates. We advise shipping via USPS First Class where possible (all packages up to 1 lb.) as this will provide you with the most competitive rate available with tracking.



      How to Make Returns



      1. Fill out your Return Form and place it in your secure shipping container
      2. Ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package
      3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method; Please note: Hamee is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit
      4. Include your order number on the return label
      5. Mail your return to:

        How long will it take to process my return?


        We will email you once your return is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.


        What if my product is damaged or defective?


        If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at and  we will help replace or return the item, and we will bear all costs.







        Hamee does not currently accept exchanges. We will be happy to issue a refund if there is a problem with your order.
