Warranty Policy

WHAT IS COVERED? iFace US (“iFace”) warrants that its products listed below (the “Product” or “Products”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the period listed below (the “Limited Warranty Period”). Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

One Year Limited Warranty Period: One (1) Year from original purchase date

All iFace Products for electronic mobile devices unless otherwise stated

WHO IS COVERED? This limited warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original iFace authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers (including, without limitation, online 3rd party sellers who sell on auction sites). Online sales auction confirmations are NOT accepted for warranty verification.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Normal wear and tear of Product use

Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use

Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose

Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

Any Product that has been modified or altered

Any product that is not manufactured by iFace (including, without limitation, any non-iFace product that is used in connection with the Product)

Any Product that is not purchased from an iFace authorized retailer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For purchases made on Amazon.com, eBay, or any other online marketplaces, the warranty mentioned herein may or may not qualify. Only products sold specifically by Official iFace online stores are covered by these warranties. iFace products sold by any other seller(s) on these platforms will not qualify.

WARNING ABOUT UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS

Many resellers who sell through Amazon.com or other online sites are not authorized retailers or resellers of iFace Products. When purchasing iFace Products it is important to note where the product is being “shipped from and sold by” which is stated in the header of each product listing. Warranties are only available for iFace Products sold by authorized sellers. Please contact iFace directly before you make your purchase if you are uncertain if you are purchasing from an authorized retailer.

WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIGSLIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY IFACE’S WARRANTY.

How to make a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims must be made directly to iFace. Please do not send your Product directly to iFace without first contacting customer service, as this will only delay the process.

To begin a warranty claim, write your full name and the current date on a piece of paper and place your item near it. Take a quality photo of the item, focusing on the damaged area while being sure to capture your name and date in the photo as well. Next, email us with the following: 

Your photo of the damaged item (showing your name and date as described above)

A copy of your purchase receipt or order number

A brief description of the issue

Your ship-to address and phone number

A full description of your case, including: Device type, full product name, and color.

Providing all of the information above will help expedite the review of your claim. Once iFace receives your Product, iFace will evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 business days) to determine if the Product in question is covered by the applicable limited warranty. If iFace determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, iFace will, in its sole option, remedy the defect as set forth below. iFace is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to iFace.

If your claim is approved and a return is required, you will be issued a prepaid label that you will be required to use to ship your item to iFace. Under no circumstances will a customer be reimbursed for shipping charges incurred if the customer pays to ship the item themselves rather than using the provided prepaid mailing label. Furthermore, customers will be responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage where applicable.

For certain approved claims, a return will not be required and a refund will be issued, minus any extra fees paid for rushed/expedited shipping (original, non-expedited/standard shipping cost will be refunded where applicable). In instances where an order contains multiple items and a warranty claim is approved for only a part of the order, shipping may not be refunded/may be only partially refunded, at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: All products returned to iFace will be subject to review for authenticity. Claims for Products determined to be counterfeit will be denied or cancelled if approved prior to return shipment when upon inspection the item is determined to be counterfeit. Any counterfeit items shipped to iFace will be confiscated and turned over to our legal department for action. Counterfeit items will not be returned or replaced and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase. 

Sole and Exclusive Remedy

Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this Limited Warranty, and iFace’s sole and entire liability is, at our option, to repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective Product. If the Product was purchased directly from our online store, you may request a refund for the purchase price of the defective Product if your claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item (beginning on the date the Product is marked delivered by the carrier). Repair or replacement shall be made at iFace’s expense. iFace reserves the right to send you a replacement Product that is the same or of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement Products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement Products are warranted (as specified above) for the remainder of the original applicable Product Limited Warranty Period.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iFace or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, even if iFace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

iFace accepts no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property used with our products, including, without limitation, laptops, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, MP3 players or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the aforementioned devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of iFace and any of its authorized suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product. Some States and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
