International Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at iFace.com. All international orders will be shipped out from South Korea by FedEx.

Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Customs Fees Some cities, areas, or countries may require import tax, duties, and related customs fees for imports. These charges are not covered in the payments you make to us for products and are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination location. For further details, please contact your local Customs office directly. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that if customs fees are not paid within the specified period, the product may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued. Additionally, any extra charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please be aware that iFace cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during international shipping. To ensure your shipment is protected, we highly recommend purchasing insurance.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All products purchased directly from iFace.com are covered by our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. This 30-day period begins on the date the item is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Exchanges We do not provide exchanges. Instead, you may return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s)
  • Condition of Returned Items All returned items must be in unopened condition with all parts, accessories, packaging, tags, and documents (manuals, invoice, etc.). Items that are not in unopened condition may reject to be returned.
  • Refund Deductions All shipping and duties/customs fees outside the original product purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, refunds will be issued for merchandise only. We will not refund any opened and used products.
  • Bundle/Set Returns For items sold as bundle/set, all items from the bundle/set must be returned to receive a full refund of the initial purchase price. Any discounted items from a bundle/set are not returned will convert to a full-price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.
  • Return-less Refunds Some purchases may be refunded without a return. Return-less refunds will be granted at our discretion based on the circumstances of the case
  • Returns Due to Defects or Wrong Items For returns made within this 30-day period due to manufacturing defects or having received the wrong item(s), customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our support@iface.com team to initiate a return for defective or incorrect items.
  • Returns for Other Reasons For returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect items, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund total, and a restocking fee may be assessed. The restocking fee will depend on the condition of the returned item and any missing components or packaging.
  • Return Shipping Process Return packages will be considered ‘shipped’ upon the first scan by the carrier. Typically, this will occur upon pickup of the package from your address or when dropping off the package at the FedEx office. To avoid any issues, it is best to ship the item as soon as possible once your return is approved. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refund Processing Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned product in accordance with this policy. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original method of payment.
